What are we looking for? For the **Buyer** position, we are seeking a person with a strong service orientation and goal-driven mindset to work based in **CABA**. What will be their challenge? Analyze and procure inputs, materials, services, and equipment required by the Business to ensure operational continuity, secure supply under the best market conditions (Quality, Price, Delivery Time), and in compliance with the Company's established standards and procedures. What will be their main responsibilities? Coordinate and execute actions to control operational loading and unloading processes of units and the base’s commercial/operational activities. Carry out the entire purchasing process for materials and contracting of services to support operational continuity, ensuring fulfillment of material and service requirements from different requesting departments. Request quotes and evaluate supplier offers to guarantee the best acquisition conditions for goods and services, meeting the Business requirement of reducing costs. Identify needs for Framework Agreements and lead the development of such agreements, with medium/high complexity depending on category, to anticipate operational and maintenance needs, contributing to resource optimization and cost reduction. Implement and manage negotiations with suppliers to ensure favorable commercial terms for the company. Monitor and follow up on material deliveries to ensure compliance with agreed delivery timelines. Continuously seek new sourcing options (development of new suppliers) and request documentation required for supplier onboarding, supporting continuous improvement and lowering production input costs. Coordinate the entry into the system of purchase orders and contracts for supplies, raw materials, services, and equipment, ensuring internal procedures and controls are supported by consistent information.
