For its offices located in **Arroyo Seco**, Rambla requires: **PROCUREMENT AND OPERATIONS ANALYST** If you have relevant academic training and experience in procurement, supply chain, and logistics coordination—preferably within merchandising, visual communication, promotional marketing, or related fields—this could be your opportunity! Your mission will be to manage the procurement cycle for the Commercial Architecture business unit: from supplier negotiations and validation of costs and timelines, to logistics coordination and supply assurance—ensuring products arrive on time and in full to support company operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include: · Managing domestic and international procurement, including negotiation of prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers and contractors. · Developing, evaluating, and retaining strategic suppliers, defining agreements and pricing policies for recurring services. · Coordinating foreign trade operations (primarily with China and Brazil), tracking and ensuring traceability of project-related imports. · Managing inventory and coordinating with the warehouse for receipt, storage, and control of materials. · Coordinating logistics for each project: freight, transportation, on-site installations, and associated services (cranes, backhoes, concrete, etc.), negotiating logistics rates as appropriate. · Preparing management reports for senior leadership and maintaining ongoing coordination with the Commercial Architecture team. · Identifying and implementing process and system improvements to optimize procurement and logistics management. Familiarity with management systems and IT tools—as well as strong organizational, communication, customer-oriented, and teamwork skills—will be considered an advantage.
