Your mission will be to manage and monitor the company’s foreign trade operations, coordinating relationships with overseas suppliers and logistics service providers, and ensuring compliance with operational and administrative requirements throughout the import process. Key responsibilities include: * Managing operational relations with overseas suppliers, coordinating terms, documentation, and timelines for each operation. * Coordinating with international freight forwarders and customs brokers to track imports. * Requesting and analyzing freight and logistics service quotations, evaluating alternatives based on timelines and costs. * Providing support in procedures before Customs, AFIP, and other agencies involved in the import process. * Preparing budgets and cost estimates associated with foreign trade operations. * Generating information and reports for internal departments involved in the operations. * Supporting the Operations team in overall coordination of the import process. Proficiency in management systems and IT tools is considered a plus. Advanced English proficiency is also essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with international suppliers.
