You will be a valued member of the Corporate IT delivery team, working collaboratively with Project Managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, and third\-party partners to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with governance standards. ### **In this role, you will:** * Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and monitoring of Corporate IT projects. * Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliverables, ensuring timelines and commitments are met. * Maintain and update project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and risk logs. * Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating potential impacts proactively. * Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, materials, meeting minutes, and follow\-up actions. * Act as a point of contact for day\-to\-day coordination with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Support clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency. * ### **Work model** Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Córdoba, and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday) from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ### **What you need to have to be considered** * Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a Corporate IT or technology environment. * Strong skills in project coordination, including task management and deadline tracking. * Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and risk tracking documentation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with strong attention to detail. * Clear and confident communication skills to work effectively with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Advanced English proficiency * Fluent Spanish proficiency ### **These will help you stand out** * Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile). * Experience using project management and reporting tools. * Formal training or certification in project management or a related field. * Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. * A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellence. **The Cognizant community:** We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
