As a Logistics Business Partner for Argentina, this role focuses on enhancing Customer Experience by optimizing Supply Chain processes including Materials Management (MM). The core objective is to drive customer satisfaction and market growth through improved logistics efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with planning (MM) \& sales team and engage directly with customers to identify pain points in supply chain and service delivery * Ensure day\-to\-day logistics processes meet partner SLAs, quality/accuracy targets, and optimal cost levels. * Proactively plan and prioritize initiatives with leadership alignment to improve service, sales support, and cost efficiency * Support and contribute to sales and operations planning processes in the country * Continuously assess current and future supply chain needs to align with evolving business demands WHAT YOU’LL BRING * A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar is preferred * Experience in supply chain and operations, such as materials management, logistics and transport methods * Intermediate level of english is required * Self\-motivated and passionate to drive improvement projects * Systematic problem solving and analytical thinking * Ability to balance strategic aspects and operational efficiency * Good negotiation, communication \& interpersonal skills * Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required * Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a plus WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU We value our people very much and have worked hard to develop a rewards package that reflects this.
