Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities Technically lead teams in SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring development and configuration best practices. Participate in architecture definition and technical decision-making. Guide the team on complex and specific technical topics. Collaborate with Platform teams, Discipline teams, and Operational Support areas. Participate in effort estimation and sprint planning alongside Product Owners. Ensure technical standards, solution quality, and sustainability. Contribute to technical feasibility assessments and proposals for process and solution improvements. Collaborate in product evolution and identification of new business projects. Perform specific developments when required due to role segregation or project needs. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Knowledge of SAP development, customizing, transport orders, and SAP best practices. Experience in technical leadership or similar roles within SAP teams. In-depth knowledge of the product’s business processes and technological components. Experience working under Agile methodologies. Excellent technical and functional communication skills. Desirable Requirements Previous experience in large-scale projects or complex corporate environments. Ability to work in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.
