Your role will be critical to the development and enhancement of our information systems. You will work both on-site and remotely, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in our services. Responsibilities: Manage and analyze customer requirements. Coordinate with developers for solution implementation. Participate in project planning and follow-up meetings. Document technical processes and procedures. Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation of end-to-end business processes, functional and business requirements. User interviews and validation of elicitation results. Process analysis, design, and documentation. Functional testing and test documentation. Generation and maintenance of documentation on operational workflows to enable their analysis and improvement. User support. Progress planning and reporting. Risk identification and resolution. ERP knowledge. Post-implementation training and support to end-user departments to ensure correct usage of installed applications · Requirements: Systems Engineering degree and/or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a Functional Analyst. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Ability to work in both remote and on-site environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. · TOOLS Requirements elicitation and specification techniques, including documentation methodology. (Mandatory) Data modeling. (Mandatory) SQL queries. (Mandatory) UML (Unified Modeling Language) Project, Visio, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Project Server.
