PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital supermarket delivering groceries and household essentials within 10 minutes of order placement, with user experience at the core of its business success. It operates a network of strategically located, customer-access-free stores dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have an opportunity for you—we’re hiring Pickers in Castelar, GBA. What challenges await you? - Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring expected service levels (timely and accurate order fulfillment, adherence to correct packaging procedures, and no unauthorized modifications to orders). - Receive and stock merchandise in compliance with company safety, hygiene, and organization standards; record all transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system. - Verify and ensure that merchandise matches purchase orders. - Monitor and verify expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damages, etc.). - Stock and label products on racks in an organized manner; suggest layout improvements to enhance picking productivity. - Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. - Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below target. - Perform daily tasks with minimal supervision. - Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and demand patterns for each item. - Participate in inventory control processes. - Participate in order payment and handover procedures to riders.
