Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior/Senior Help Desk Analyst to manage access and identity operations within an Information Security team, coordinating with security teams and improving processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identity and access management in information security. 2. Collaboration in the continuous improvement of identity management processes. 3. Analysis and reporting of security and access incidents. At Synchro Technologies, we are looking for a Help Desk Analyst with experience in Access and Identity Management (Junior or Senior level) to join our client’s Information Security team — a leading insurance company. This search focuses on filling a position responsible for managing access (user CRUD operations and identity management) across the company’s IT infrastructure. Main Challenges: - Manage and monitor access to systems and applications. - Coordinate with security teams to implement access policies. - Analyze and report on security and access incidents. - Collaborate in the continuous improvement of identity management processes. Requirements: - At least one year of prior experience in access management and identity systems. - Experience in MDA roles is a plus. - Knowledge of information security standards and regulations. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proactivity. - Strong teamwork capabilities. - Autonomy and commitment. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Location: Microcenter – CABA.
