Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and configuration of large-scale applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Act as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating with multiple teams and business areas. Make team-level technical decisions and contribute to key architectural and solution decisions. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement best practices for the design, integration, and maintenance of solutions on D365. Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Ensure adoption of industry trends and leading technologies within the Microsoft stack. Coordinate with development, QA, and stakeholders to guarantee end-to-end quality, scalability, performance, and security. Mandatory Requirements Proven advanced experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Experience implementing and customizing complex solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for critical business processes. Experience integrating data at scale between D365 and other products or legacy systems using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, SOAP, middleware, and/or APIs. Experience with large-scale data migration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. Experience designing and defining technical architecture for complex, scalable, and maintainable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to translate business requirements and needs into technical solutions and detailed architectural definitions for the development team. Experience using templates and reusable components for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Solid knowledge of managing, governing, and defining security principles for D365 and Azure environments. Experience with SQL Scripting (T-SQL) and SQL scripting for databases in the D365 context. Experience testing solutions at scale, including phased, regression, and performance testing in the D365 context. Experience controlling and managing versioning for high-complexity solutions or projects, handling CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for D365. Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other tools integrated with D365. Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Advanced English, both spoken and written, mandatory. Desirable Requirements Previous experience leading technical teams on large-scale global or corporate projects. Specific knowledge of Supply Chain processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform. Experience in highly critical environments, with focus on performance, scalability, and observability.
