We are looking for a Conversational AI Developer with both creative and technical mindset to design the logic behind our voice assistants. Your role will be essential in transforming users’ speech into concrete actions and intelligent, business-data-driven responses. Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Work mode: 4 days onsite – 1 day remote. Location: Multinational automotive company, Gral. Pacheco area. What will you do with us? Dialogue Orchestration: Configure complex conversational flows using Python, n8n, or similar tools. AI Implementation: Integrate large language models (LLMs) and state-of-the-art voice services (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech). Technical Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the Data team to translate users’ natural language into precise technical queries. Prompt Engineering: Perform prompt tuning to ensure the AI delivers accurate responses regarding the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs). What are we looking for? Programming: Solid experience and proficiency in Python (mandatory). Passion for AI: Genuine interest or prior experience working with LLMs, LangChain, or platforms such as Dialogflow. Connectivity: Proven experience working with and integrating REST APIs. Profile: We seek someone with strong logical thinking and curiosity about emerging automation technologies.
