




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified BDR/SDR to drive sales, identify customer needs, and coordinate product demonstrations in a dynamic LATAM growth environment. Key Highlights: 1. BDR / SDR — Fanz (Remote, Part-time, ARG) Fanz is a ticketing and event management platform with +100 active clients and 100% retention. We are scaling aggressively across LATAM and need a BDR who is a sales machine. This is not a role for someone who 'wants to learn how to sell'. We seek someone who already knows how to sell—and can prove it. What You’ll Do: - Receive a database of qualified leads and engage them across ALL channels: cold calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn—whatever it takes. - Make cold calls to event producers, theaters, venues, and organizers across any LATAM country—Argentina today, Colombia tomorrow, Mexico the day after—no fear. - Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points, qualify prospects, and schedule demos with the Account Executive. - Follow up relentlessly until the prospect attends the demo — re-engage no-shows. No lead is lost due to lack of persistence. - Know the Fanz platform inside and out, and master its features, pricing, and the operational model and pricing of every competitor in each market. Requirements - Exceptional sales ability. Period. This is skill #1 we will evaluate. - Zero fear of the phone or cold calling. - Ability to adapt to diverse LATAM markets and accents. - Discipline to work 100% remotely on a fixed schedule, with obsessive focus on metrics. - Experience using prospecting tools and CRM is a plus. - Prior experience as an SDR/BDR is desirable but not mandatory. If you know how to sell, you know how to sell. Selection Process You’ll need to demonstrate live that you can sell. It’s not enough to talk about it in an interview—we’ll test you with a real sales roleplay. If this makes you nervous, this role is likely not for you. Compensation Base salary: $800,000 ARS/month, scalable up to $2,000,000 ARS/month based on performance. Variable compensation: percentage of closed sales—uncapped.
