Talent management solutions designed for the new era of work SSR NETWORK ENGINEER (Senior Network Engineer) We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and corporate-standard-aligned LAN/WAN connectivity solutions, actively participating in intra- and inter-departmental projects, with a focus on service quality, security, and continuous improvement. ️ Key Responsibilities Design and implement LAN/WAN networks according to operational requirements and corporate standards. Manage and track departmental projects and action plans, with active participation in inter-departmental projects. Configure networks with a focus on security, high availability, and performance (routing, access control, HA). Diagnose network incidents and execute corrective actions (reconfiguration, equipment replacement, software updates). Coordinate continuously with the Operations team to ensure appropriate service levels. Propose and implement improvements to network architecture and equipment (Best Practices). Prepare project and task progress reports. Analyze network availability and capacity statistics. Document tasks performed during maintenance windows and implementations. Manage inventory of network equipment, components, and accessories. Interact with internal customers to identify opportunities for improvement and emerging needs. Prioritize and coordinate tasks based on objectives and criticality. Maintain up-to-date network and security documentation. Valued Specialization Areas Routing & Switching: design, implementation, and operation of complex networks. Network Security: Firewalling, VPN, infrastructure services, Small Office, and Datacenter. Requirements: Proficiency in office productivity and project management tools. Proactive, organized profile with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong orientation toward continuous process, documentation, and procedure improvement. Time and priority management capability. Work Mode: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote). Technical English, both oral and written (desirable/valued). Fortinet Technologies (mandatory): FortiGate, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP administration. Configuration via GUI and CLI, dashboards, reporting, and troubleshooting. Advanced FortiManager management (ADOMs, Device Manager, Policies, FortiSwitch/AP Manager). Use of FortiAnalyzer. Networks and Protocols: Site-to-Site VPN (IPSEC / GRE). Layer 2: VLANs, Trunking. TCP/UDP/IP/IPSEC, NAT. Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, SSH, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP. LAN and WAN networks (solid fundamentals). Infrastructure Services: Proxy, DNS, SNMP, Netflow, Syslog. Diagnostic Tools: Syslog, Wireshark, Netstat, ICMP. Desirable: Static routing. Dynamic routing BGP (EGP). Load Balancer technologies.
