Technical requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles involving CRM customization and decision engines | Mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce Business Rules Engine (BRE) | Mandatory. Advanced expertise in Flow Builder for process automation | Mandatory. Knowledge of Apex for business logic optimization | Mandatory. Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (desirable). Experience with Agile methodologies. Understanding of data models applied to CRM/CDP and marketing. Education: Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. What will you do? Implement and maintain business rules using Expression Sets, Decision Matrices, and Decision Tables in BRE. Design and build complex flows in Flow Builder to automate real-time decision-making. Develop Apex components to extend and optimize rule engine capabilities. Ensure data consistency across Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Configure reports and dashboards to monitor rule execution and performance. Document technical logic and manage versioning of rule engines. Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. What is the challenge of this position? You will be a key driver in evolving the Individual Banking decision engine, directly influencing the customer experience each time they interact with the bank. Whether through the rule engine (BRE) or comprehensive management of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, this role combines business vision with deep technical expertise to transform commercial and analytical needs into concrete decisions and experiences within the CRM. Who will you work with? You will join the Individual Banking Marketing & BI Management team, working within a unit that integrates CRM, decision engines, and advanced analytics. You will have direct interaction with functional leads, the GCP Data team, and Salesforce technical profiles, in a collaborative environment where business and technology operate seamlessly together. When and where will you work? You will work in a hybrid model, attending the client’s offices in the Retiro area three days per week and working remotely two days per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
