The Roadshow Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational execution of retail roadshow programs at Sam’s Club and Costco locations. This role oversees transfer order creation, inventory coordination, scheduling, logistics, and cross\-functional communication with fulfillment centers, logistics providers, and internal teams. The coordinator ensures roadshow inventory is shipped accurately and on time, monitors inventory levels and discrepancies, manages replenishments, and processes returns once shows are completed. The role also maintains master show schedules, product configurations, and planograms, while supporting operational troubleshooting for urgent shipping and inventory issues. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple retail events simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration between warehouse teams, 3PL partners, and retail stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the operational execution of retail roadshows across Sam’s Club and Costco locations, including managing master show schedules, product configurations, and planograms (POG). * Create and manage transfer orders and coordinate inventory distribution for roadshow events. * Monitor inventory levels, replenishments, and discrepancies across fulfillment centers and roadshow locations to ensure adequate stock throughout each show. * Coordinate shipments with warehouses, 3PL providers, and logistics partners, ensuring inventory is delivered accurately and on time. * Troubleshoot urgent logistics and inventory issues, including expedited shipments and discrepancies. * Manage returns processing, partial shipments, and order closures after roadshows conclude. * Support product assembly, kitting, and packaging coordination where required for roadshow readiness. * Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, transfer orders, inventory records, and shipment status. * Serve as a central point of communication between warehouse teams, logistics partners, retail stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth roadshow operations. **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in operations, supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management. * Experience managing transfer orders, replenishment planning, and inventory tracking. * Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar inventory management platforms. * Familiarity with 3PL operations and fulfillment systems. * Experience coordinating retail programs, roadshows, merchandising events, or store\-level inventory distribution. * Strong knowledge of inventory control, order lifecycle management, and reconciliation processes. * Experience handling returns processing, partial shipments, and order closures. * Understanding of planograms (POG), SKU configurations, and product assembly/kitting processes. **Key Skills and Competencies:** * Strong problem\-solving ability for urgent logistics issues such as expedited shipments or inventory discrepancies. * Excellent cross\-functional communication skills to coordinate with warehouse teams, retail partners, and internal stakeholders. * Strong organizational and documentation management skills. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent schedules, shipments, and operational timelines. * High attention to detail in tracking schedules, transfer orders, and inventory records. * Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast\-paced retail operations environment. **Benefits** * Access to a **$200K\+ perk marketplace** with discounts on 150\+ global services. * Option to **withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings** before payday.
