We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead outbound lead generation campaigns for our US\-based clients. Those reviews prove our dedication to our customers and teammates who deliver exceptional service and results. **Our Perfect Fit:** \- 2\+ years in sales, outbound marketing, or SDR/BDR with a proven track record \- Experience running large\-scale cold email or LinkedIn campaigns (cold calling a plus) \- Proficient with tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and dialers \- Fluent English with strong verbal and non\-verbal communication skills **The Role: Account Manager (Full Time Remote)** * Strategize direct outreach campaigns for B2B clients * You'll be responsible for client retention and upsells. * Write breakthrough cold outreach sequences for your clients (multi\-channel like LinkedIn and cold email, possibly call scripts as well) * Build targeting lists and suggest ICP’s for clients * Be an outbound expert to clients, suggesting offers, educating and setting expectations. * Build and manage relationships with your clients. * Take initiative on new ways to improve the client experience. **Work hours:** 9am\-5pm EST (9am\-12:30 ET Fridays) **Why you’ll love it here:** \- Our flat leadership style, work autonomy and great culture lead to a low employee turnover rate. \- Fully remote **Our core values:** * **Happy, effective people:** We don't micromanage or run a pressure\-cooker.
