We are assisting Mutual Centro Social y Dep. Brinkmann in searching for a General Manager to lead the management of an institution undergoing growth and regional expansion. This is a strategic position with a high level of autonomy, oriented toward ensuring operational, financial, and commercial results, and promoting institutional development. 🔹 Position Responsibilities Lead the mutual’s operational, administrative, and commercial management. Execute decisions made by the Board of Directors. Manage financial resources: cash flow, revenues, expenditures, and results. Supervise the operation of \" branches (and upcoming openings). Optimize collection processes and delinquency management. Design and implement growth strategies and new services. Ensure regulatory compliance (INAES, UIF, etc.). Lead and develop work teams, fostering a positive work environment. Prepare management reports for the Executive Committee. 📌 Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Prior experience in managerial positions (mandatory). Knowledge of financial and administrative management. Experience leading teams and decentralized structures.
