Explore new technologies to solve complex operational problems. Job Description: We are looking for personnel for the position of Data Science Analyst. The purpose of this role is to lead the development of advanced Machine Learning (ML)-based solutions to optimize operations, predict failures, and automate business decisions. Apply complementary expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL) for specific projects requiring it. You will be responsible for executing Data Science projects, including implementation and maintenance of developed models. ML Model Development and Optimization: * Design and implement Machine Learning algorithms for predictive analytics, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization. * Automate data-driven decisions based on real-time operational data. AI and DL Applications for Specific Use Cases: * Apply Deep Learning in advanced projects such as image processing, signal analysis, and NLP (chatbots). * Develop AI-based solutions for correlation and visualization of unstructured data. Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis: * Support the design of real-time monitoring systems for operational variables through system integration. * Implement models that analyze large volumes of data. Technical Collaboration and Consulting: * Work with engineering and software teams to integrate models into practical solutions. * Interact with end users and clients to understand specific needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Innovation and Documentation: * Explore new technologies and approaches to solve complex operational problems. * Document developments and processes to ensure replicability and scalability. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Preferred: Certifications in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. * More than 4 years of applied Data Science and Machine Learning project experience. * Demonstrable experience across the full model development lifecycle (development, validation, implementation, maintenance). Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning (regression, classification, clustering, optimization, time series). * Experience with Python and its main libraries (scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch). * Experience implementing models in production using cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Deep Learning. * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience in monitoring and evaluating models in production (MLOps).
