Job Summary: Support the optimization of operational processes, implementation of technological tools, and data analysis to improve efficiency and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. **Purpose of the Role and Impact** ----------------------------------- The Continuous Improvement area within Operations focuses on optimizing processes, implementing technological tools, and developing initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in operations. It works cross-functionally with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and generate business value. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- The following functions may be included (not necessarily all, depending on the specific department and assigned role): * Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of operational processes. * Participate in the development and implementation of technological tools (Power BI, automations, etc.). * Analyze operational information to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for tracking initiatives. * Collaborate with operational teams in implementing improvements. * Support projects related to efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to undertake the internship. * Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. * Analytical skills and critical thinking. * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI or other tools desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). \#LI\_RA1
