We seek a candidate with solid technical capabilities and a strong analytical orientation. ### **Role Objective** Transform data into strategic information through the development, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards in **Microsoft Power BI**, ensuring quality, consistency, and value across all business areas. ### **Main Responsibilities** Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. Connect, transform, and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, Excel, ERP, CRM, etc.). Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Ensure data quality and integrity used in reports. Analyze results to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Generate executive reports with conclusions and recommendations. Automate reporting and optimize visualization and analysis processes. Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. ### **Requirements and Competencies** Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dynamic dashboards). Experience with SQL and database management (data extraction, joining, and validation). Advanced Excel and automation tools (Power Automate is desirable). Basic knowledge of Python or R (desirable). Analytical capability to interpret KPIs, trends, and business processes. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality. Clear communication with non-technical users and autonomy in task management. ### **Required Experience** Minimum 2 years in data analysis or Business Intelligence roles. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Practical experience with SQL and database integration.
