A major dairy industry located in the Villa María area is hiring a Plant Operator to join its production team. We seek responsible individuals with commitment and eagerness to learn, to support key processes in the manufacturing and packaging of dairy products. Main Responsibilities Operate, control, and clean production and packaging equipment. Supply production lines and prepare inputs (raw materials, packaging materials). Perform basic quality and food safety controls (temperatures, records, product identification). Comply with hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Maintain area order and cleanliness, manage waste, and sanitize equipment. Report deviations and collaborate with maintenance when required. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Ongoing or completed studies related to Food Science. Prior experience in industrial plants; experience in food/beverage/dairy industries is preferred. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) and weekends as scheduled. Basic knowledge of GMP, food safety, and industrial safety (desirable).
