PedidosYa Market is the first fully digital market delivering food and household items within 10 minutes after an order is placed, where user experience is central to business success. It consists of a chain of stores strategically located, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery.** **Job Description** **We have an opportunity for you—we are looking for a Store Manager in Ramos Mejia.** **What challenges await you?** * **Lead the proper operation of the store, ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes, and coordinating the respective work teams.** * **Order fulfillment: Ensure operational efficiency of pickers (stockers/order assemblers) by creating multitasking roles that maximize the Utilization Rate (UTR), minimize fail rate and picking time.** * **Inventory management: Design and implement, together with the Operations Manager, processes that ensure appropriate stock and inventory levels in the store.** * **Replenishment ordering: Ensure adequate stock levels to meet store demand by evaluating virtual inventory, comparing it with physical inventory, and incorporating input from the demand planning team.** * **Goods receiving: Ensure goods receipt aligns with company quality policies and procedures.** * **Continuously monitor the fulfillment process, ensuring store capacity. Generate recommendations and process improvements for the Field Operations Coordinator to enhance store productivity and profitability.** * **Manage and control budget costs, maximizing the allocated budget.** * **Ensure implementation of preventive actions related to reducing shrinkage, breakage, theft, etc.** * **Ensure maintenance of all store equipment and control proper use of infrastructure.** * **Supervise and ensure correct implementation of hygiene, safety, and organization standards.** * **Participate in the payment collection and order handover process to riders.** * **Ensure adequate staffing (lead recruitment) and creation of the work schedule.** **Requirements** **What do we expect from you?** * **Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.** * **At least 3 years of experience in supermarket-related sectors.** * **Experience in loss prevention and handling shrinkage.** * **We are looking for autonomous, curious individuals eager to learn and strongly results-oriented.** * **Persistence and discipline in creatively solving problems within a collaborative, team-focused environment.** * **Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and generate trust.** * **Ability to prioritize objectives, identify resource needs, develop and communicate business cases, and implementation plans.** **Additional Information** Talent diversity strengthens our Cooltura and our organization.
