You will be responsible for proposing data-driven solutions, participating in the design and development of dashboards and applications, and implementing them while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. **Experience:** * 2 to 4 years in digital product design * Experience working on end\-to\-end projects: research, design, prototyping, testing, and handoff. * Involvement in products involving dashboards and reports * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams: developers, data analysts. **Big plus:** Ability to translate metrics and represent them in useful visualizations. Interest in data storytelling. **Hard skills:** UX Research: * User interviews, surveys, usability testing, insight analysis. * Methodologies such as benchmarking, user journey mapping, definition of user personas. UI: * Wireframing, prototyping, interactions. * Proficiency in Figma * Management and application of design systems * Principles of data visualization: selecting the appropriate chart based on data and user needs. * Designing clear and actionable dashboards * Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau tools (not mandatory) **Soft Skills:** * Clear and effective communication * Empathy towards both users and stakeholders. * Critical thinking (questioning requirements and suggesting improvements). * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * Adaptability **Languages:** Advanced conversational English (REQUIRED). **Want to learn more?
