We drive innovation for companies worldwide, reaching millions of users who carry out **billions of secure transactions per year**. **The Role** We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** to join our team and contribute to designing clear, consistent, and scalable experiences within our **low-code platform**. This role strongly focuses on **interaction design, usability, and design systems**, working closely with **development teams** to ensure designed solutions are viable, implementable, and maintain experience quality across the entire product. We seek a systemic thinker, capable of autonomous and collaborative work, who takes ownership of design decisions and elevates the platform’s user experience standard. **Your Challenges** * Design and evolve **end-to-end experiences** for initiatives led by your assigned tribe. * Translate functional and technical requirements into **clear, intuitive, and consistent interfaces**. * Collaborate continuously with **development teams**, ensuring correct implementation of designed solutions. * Research, analyze, and validate design solutions, considering diverse usage contexts and complexity levels. * Create **wireframes, flows, and prototypes** of varying fidelity to communicate complex interactions and behaviors. * Provide expertise in **usability, accessibility, and information architecture** throughout the design process. * Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the platform’s **design system**. * Actively participate in feedback and review sessions with design, product, and engineering teams. **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience working with **development teams** (front-end and/or back-end). *This is a must*. * Solid knowledge of **UX and UI design**, applied to complex digital products. * Ability to clearly communicate design decisions, supported by rationale and storytelling. * Comfort working in contexts of **high complexity and ambiguity**, transforming them into clear design solutions. * Autonomy, strong time management, and ability to anticipate change. * Professional education in design (graphic, digital, UX/UI, or related fields). **Tools and Technical Knowledge** It is important that you have experience using: * **Figma** (interface design, prototyping, and collaborative work). * **Design Systems** and component libraries. * **Medium- and high-fidelity prototyping**. * Basic knowledge of **HTML and CSS** (not for development, but to understand technical constraints and facilitate collaboration with development). * Familiarity with handoff to development and working with **reusable components**. * Documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, FigJam, Confluence, or similar). **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience designing **platforms, low-code products, or tools for developers/creators**. * Experience in the **financial industry** and/or **B2B / B2C products**. * Experience validating designs with users or working with usability metrics. * Use of AI-powered design tools in Figma to accelerate ideation and prototyping while maintaining consistency with the design system. * Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG). **What We Offer** * Join a company growing exponentially, with **real opportunities to make an impact in a global context**. * An excellent work environment, with a thoughtfully curated workspace and everything you need to work comfortably. * A **flat organizational structure**, open communication, and values rooted in freedom, responsibility, solidarity, and humility.
