




Client: Our client works in the B2B2C business field and helps customers to live with behavioral health issues. Position overview: We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. You will own the design process end\-to\-end, from early concepts to high\-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints. * Technology stack: Figma expertise: Advanced component libraries, variants, and interactive prototyping * Experience working with and contributing to design systems in multi\-prototype environments * Comfortable using Jira and Confluence * Responsibilities: Design and oversee end\-to\-end user experiences: from concept and information architecture to detailed interaction design and interactive prototypes * Create storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to communicate interaction concepts effectively * Ensure consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX across products, aligning user experience with business strategy * Collaborate with product owners, BAs, developers, and QAs to define problem spaces, influence roadmaps, and refine user flows * Build new features and enhance existing ones * Translate customer insights into intuitive, user\-centered designs with clear narratives * Work with stakeholders to define customer value * Maintain and evolve an established design system, creating reusable components * Support accessibility standards (WCAG) and promote inclusive design * Align design decisions with existing product architecture, identifying gaps for new features * 5–6\+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or similar roles, delivering complex, large\-scale digital products * Proven experience in end\-to\-end design projects, from research to delivery and iteration * Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), with deep understanding of component libraries and prototyping * Excellent communication and presentation skills, including storytelling and stakeholder alignment * Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives independently, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives * English level: B2 or higher
