**About the Role** We are seeking a talented and versatile **Visual Designer** to join our internal marketing agency in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail\-oriented, and experienced in website design, branding, digital design, and marketing communications. You will be responsible for delivering high\-quality visuals across multiple formats—including web, print, motion, and interactive media—while collaborating closely with a fast\-paced, dynamic team environment. **Responsibilities** * Design and prototype responsive websites or landing pages in **Figma** * Generate landing pages deployment in **Webflow**. * Create comprehensive advisor brand kits, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines. * Develop marketing materials such as one\-pagers, pitch decks, social media graphics, email visuals, and event collateral. * Produce motion graphics and animated content (e.g., GIFs, interactive banners) to enhance engagement and storytelling. * Apply UX and UI best practices to all designs, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. **Requirements** * 4\+ years of experience as a graphic, visual, or product designer. * Advanced proficiency in **Figma** and the **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). * Demonstrated experience in **Webflow** or similar no\-code web design tools. * Strong foundation in branding, including logo creation, visual identity development, and brand system management. * Deep understanding of UX principles, layout design, and responsive web design. * Familiarity with AI uses, or other motion design tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced, cross\-functional environment. * Experience collaborating with distributed teams. * Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills. **Soft Skills:** * Knowledge of **AI\-powered design and development tools** (e.g., generative AI for visuals, automation, or creative enhancements). * Experience using **task management and collaboration platforms** * Excellent **communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively within cross\-functional and distributed teams. **Business Hours** * Monday through Friday, **9 AM to 6 PM EST** **What We Offer** * Compensation in **USD**. * Excellent and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity to grow within a collaborative, creative team.
