Your work will connect **PSPs and gateways**, orchestrate **events and webhooks** with **idempotency**, and bring **ML/GenAI** features (anomaly detection, risk scoring, RAG on financial data, collections automation) into production using real **MLOps** practices. **What You'll Do** * **AI Services in Production** * Design, train, and deploy **ML/DL/GenAI** models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, NLP) using **SageMaker/Bedrock** or **Vertex/Azure ML**, versioning with **MLflow** and monitoring drift/latency. * Expose inference via **APIs** and **microservices** (REST/gRPC) with clear **versioning and SLAs**. * **Cloud \& Data Architecture** * Build batch/stream **pipelines** for model features and reconciliations using **Spark/PySpark, Airflow**, and storage in **S3/Redshift/BigQuery**. * Implement **event\-driven** architectures (SQS/SNS/Kafka), **retries/backoff**, **circuit breakers**, and end-to-end **observability**. * **Full\-stack Product Integration** * Backend: endpoints in **Node.js/TypeScript** or **Python/FastAPI**, **OpenAPI/Swagger**, security via **OAuth2/JWT**, **idempotency**, and **rate\-limiting**. * Frontend: **React \+ TypeScript** (Next.js desirable) for **AI monitoring dashboards**, smart reconciliation views, explainability (feature importance, SHAP/metrics), and **LLM-assisted experiences**. * State: **React Query/Zustand/Redux**; **linting/formatting**; **SAST/DAST** (plus). **Security** * OAuth2/JWT, **KMS/Secrets Manager**, webhook signing and validation, container hardening. **Requirements** * **4\+ years applying ML/AI in production** (classical ML and/or DL/GenAI) \+ **3\+ years** of backend development experience. * Experience in **financial/fintech environments** (payments, reconciliations, chargebacks, fraud, AR/AP). * Building **APIs** with **OpenAPI/Swagger** and operating on **AWS** (at least **Lambda/ECS \+ SQS/SNS \+ API Gateway \+ S3 \+ CloudWatch**). * **Kubernetes**, Docker, **Terraform** (or CDK), **CI/CD** in production. * Advanced **Python** and **SQL**; intermediate\+ **Node.js/TypeScript**; **Spark/PySpark** desirable. * Real-world experience with **LLMs/embeddings/RAG** and **MLOps** (MLflow/SageMaker Pipelines/Vertex Pipelines). * Security and performance mindset: idempotency, concurrency, timeouts, retries, backoff, circuit breakers. **You'll Stand Out If You Know** * Integrations with **LATAM PSPs** (webhooks, settlement, reconciliations, tokenization). * **Kafka**, **GraphQL**, or **gRPC**;
