In this role, your primary mission will be to evolve critical microservices, ensuring scalability, availability, and technical quality within a *Cloud Native* environment. Additionally, you are expected to demonstrate openness to innovation, leveraging cutting-edge tools (AI) to enhance efficiency and optimize the team’s delivery cycle. ### **Responsibilities / Responsibilities** * Design and develop robust microservices using Java 17\+ and Spring Boot, ensuring product scalability. * Ensure technical excellence through application of design patterns (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, MVC) to guarantee maintainable and efficient code. * Design and implement integration and messaging solutions via REST APIs, asynchronous processes, and event-driven architectures (Queues/MQ). * Operate within the Cloud & DevOps ecosystem, collaborating on deployment and maintenance of services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. * Ensure end-to-end software quality by writing and executing unit, integration, and functional tests. * Foster a culture of innovation by using and promoting AI agents (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to optimize development processes. * Contribute to technical project visibility through clear documentation and early identification of blockers or risks affecting the business. ### **Requirements / Requirements** #### **Must-Have** * Proven experience of more than 5 years in backend development using Java (version 17 or higher) and the Spring Boot framework. * Solid expertise in relational and non-relational database design and usage. * Real-world experience with version control tools and workflows (*Tooling*): Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar). * Familiarity and hands-on experience working in AWS environments and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s). * Residency in Argentina, with availability to attend weekly in-person meetings in Córdoba or Buenos Aires. #### **Nice-to-Have** * Practical knowledge of NodeJS and TypeScript. * Prior experience with reactive programming using Spring WebFlux. * Proficiency with tools for contract definition and documentation (Swagger, RAML). * Focus on Observability and Performance, including metric monitoring and optimization of critical systems. ##### **What We Offer (Argentina)** * **Employment Contract (Argentina)** * **Premium health insurance for the entire family.** * **Work equipment.** * **Technical training programs and licenses for learning platforms.** * **Flexible, people-oriented culture with a focus on work-life balance.**
