Descripción del empleo: **Job Description** Senior GTS consultants are responsible for implementing and managing the SAP Global Trade Services application within an organization. **Job Duties** * Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand business needs, documenting processes and identifying gaps in current systems. * Design and configure the SAP GTS application to meet business requirements, including compliance, customs, and trade preference. * Set up and configure GTS functionalities such defining the Foreign Trade Organization (FTO), mapping business partners, and setting up data transfer from the S/4HANA or ECC system to GTS. * Enable customs management features like product classification, tariff codes, and electronic declarations. * Participate in Unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing as required * Act as a resource to work with end users on how to effectively use the GTS application * Provide ongoing support to users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability post implementation. * Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and user guides. * Support enhancements, upgrades, and optimization of the GTS application, including conversion to GTS E4H where requested. * Work closely with other SAP Consultants (e.g. MM, SD, FICO) and business stakeholders to ensure operation of the system. * Transfer knowledge to client organization as appropriate. * Meet with internal and external customers to develop relationships and foster co\-innovation opportunities. * Support and mentor junior team members as needed. **Required Skills** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 5\+ years of experience in relevant hands\-on experience configuring GTS to and integrating it SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA systems. * 3\+ years of experience as an GTS consultant for a service provider or advanced IT organization. * In\-depth knowledge of SAP GTS: Strong understanding of the configuration of legal control of sanctions, embargoes and licenses. * Business Process Expertise: Ability to understand and analyze business processes related to sales and distribution. * Proven technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring SAP GTS, including customizing settings and developing functional specifications. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. * Any applicable SAP certifications are strongly desired. * Experience with SAP implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations. * Deadline and detail\-oriented * Strong ownership bias
