You will evaluate numerous in\-game cosmetics to verify quality before player access. Collaborating with production and maintaining item flow will help deliver high\-caliber gaming experiences. Apply to join our QA journey. **Responsibilities** * Assess cosmetic items via formal test procedures and exploratory checks at various release stages * Setup consoles and mobiles according to step\-by\-step instructions * Learn the full range of QA tools needed for tasks * Report and follow defect resolution in JIRA * Keep drivers, SDKs, firmware updated per guidelines **Requirements** * Avid gamer with involvement in current games, range of genres, and platforms * Ability to work onsite starting between 9:00 and 9:30 AM (UTC \-04\) * PC/Windows literacy with capability to adjust settings * Consistent reliability and ownership * Strict adherence to client information confidentiality * Effective cooperation in team settings * Quick adaptation to tools and processes * B1\-level English or better **Nice to have** * Past functional or game testing experience * Beta tester or crowd testing contributor in Battlefield Labs, Halo Insider * Familiarity with functional testing fundamentals * Use of JIRA for bug tracking * Awareness of Unreal Engine basics * Testing on Android/iOS devices
