This is a senior technical role that requires broad UC/VoIP knowledge across multiple platforms and hands\-on experience with architecture, design, and deployments. The ideal candidate will have solid Microsoft Teams administration knowledge and strong experience in migrations, upgrades, and integrations between platforms and environments. This is not a support role. Candidates must bring proven, hands\-on expertise and be ready to lead customer projects from start to finish. **Responsibilities:** Lead architecture, design, and implementation of UC/VoIP/Collaboration solutions, including upgrades, migrations, and cross\-platform integrations. **Perform full lifecycle deployments:** requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, acceptance, and documentation. Work directly with customers and vendors in a consultative, customer\-facing role. Configure and integrate SIP, SBCs, gateways, and cloud telephony systems. Deliver migrations from on\-premise to cloud or from one UC platform to another (e.g., Zoom → Teams, Cisco → Teams, Genesys → cloud). Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams. Troubleshoot complex VoIP/network issues (signaling, routing, SBCs, security). Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations. Requirements 5\+ years of experience in UC/VoIP engineering, with hands\-on design, architecture, and deployment (not just support). **Multi\-vendor UC experience:** Cisco, Genesys, Twilio, Zoom, Avaya, 3CX, or similar. **Microsoft Teams Administration experience:** direct implementation, call routing, policies, integrations. Strong SIP expertise and knowledge of related protocols (H.323, MGCP, RTP, TCP/IP). Experience with SBCs and gateways. **General networking knowledge:** TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, security, firewalls. Proven experience in migrations and upgrades (platform\-to\-platform or on\-premise\-to\-cloud). Strong English communication skills and customer\-facing experience. Nice to have AudioCodes SBC hands\-on knowledge. Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Bash). Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, hybrid UC deployments). **Certifications:** Cisco Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice, AudioCodes, or equivalent. 5 years
