




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to handle internal administrative tasks and contribute improvement ideas. Key Points: 1. Prior administrative assistant experience, preferably in auto parts 2. Internal administrative management, invoicing, delivery notes, collections and payments 3. Temporary position covering a long-term medical leave (minimum 9 months) We seek a candidate with prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, especially in the automotive spare parts sector. It is important that you are solution-oriented, comfortable interacting with colleagues, and able to contribute ideas for improving daily operations. Your main responsibility will be internal administrative management, including handling the company’s proprietary personnel-related software. You will also manage invoicing, delivery notes, collections and payments, requiring strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge. The position is temporary, covering a long-term medical leave, with a minimum duration of nine months. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education: Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * Minimum one year of demonstrable prior experience as an Administrative Assistant * Experience in invoicing, delivery notes, collections, payments, Microsoft Office suite, and accounting knowledge * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, dynamically and flexibly, along with strong communication skills and empathy. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace
