




A major company is hiring a Property Security Coordinator. The position requires an operational, responsible profile with a strong focus on prevention and regulatory compliance. Work location: Moreno, Province of Buenos Aires. Main responsibilities: * Supervise outsourced personnel. * Conduct preventive patrols throughout the facilities. * Identify risk situations and act in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate actions during emergencies (evacuations, incidents, alarms). * Maintain operational contact with external security providers, public forces, or emergency services. * Prepare basic reports on incidents and occurrences. Requirements: * Minimum two years’ prior experience in security, surveillance, or control functions (mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Observational ability, sound judgment, and decision-making capacity. * Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in shopping centers, large supermarkets, or high-public-traffic environments. * Additional training in security, risk prevention, or first aid. * Residence in areas near Moreno.
