




From **LP Consultora**, we are seeking a **Master Baker** with solid experience to lead and execute production processes at a leading bakery in Córdoba. Your primary objective will be to ensure the production of excellent-quality products, compliance with hygiene standards, and efficient organization of the work area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare doughs and breads according to established recipes. * Monitor fermentation times, baking times, and final presentation. * Supervise and train the team of bakers and assistants. * Verify the quality of raw materials and finished products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of machinery. * Comply with food safety regulations and internal procedures. * Prepare cakes, pastries, fine doughs, desserts, and general bakery items. * Develop new recipes and adjust existing processes. * Ensure proper food handling and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Master Baker and/or Pastry Chef. * Training in Professional Pastry, Bakery, or Gastronomy (preferred). * Proficiency in artisanal preparation and decoration techniques. * Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques. * Experience operating ovens, mixers, dividers, and sector-specific equipment. * Leadership skills and ability to organize the work team. * Availability for rotating shifts or early working hours. **Benefits** * Immediate hiring. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
