Senior Accounting Auditor - Córdoba Capital, Argentina

**Job Details** ------------------------- A company with a strong track record in the automotive sector market is seeking an Internal Accounting Auditor to join its team. The main responsibilities of the role are: * Audit operational, accounting, and financial processes across all business units of the company, focusing on continuous improvement, risk control, and operational efficiency. * Analyze and review general group processes, evaluating the internal control system with a focus on risk mitigation. * Identify accounting or documentation discrepancies, propose corrective actions and improvements. \-Participate in designing process improvements and efficiencies, applying an analytical, objective, and constructive approach to identify opportunities\- * Coordinate the development and updating of procedure manuals, supporting their implementation. * Generate, analyze, and interpret audit reports and findings to present to various management levels and the board. * Serve as a reference for the junior internal audit team, organizing and supervising each audit stage: planning, execution, and follow-up. * Participate in meetings with internal departments and external advisors, building relationships based on trust and collaboration. Requirements: * 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge in financial and management auditing: internal control, operational cycles, economic and financial processes. (Required) \-Experience working in Big Four firms or structured companies handling high volumes of data as an Internal Accounting Auditor; or from accounting areas with direct contact with external auditors. (Required) \-Graduated Accountant (Required) * Experience in implementing process or system improvements will be valued. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite. Experience working with any ERP for accounting management. (Required) * Ability to handle confidential information, manage sensitive situations, and resolve conflicts. * Analytical, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to dynamic and changing environments. * Problem-solving ability, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented. * Excellent interpersonal skills. Considerations: * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
