Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial refrigeration, industrial kitchens, and other systems. General knowledge of electricity, gas, plumbing, and building maintenance. Valid driver’s license. Experience in food service, gastronomy, hospitals, or industrial companies will be valued. Main Responsibilities Design and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment, including corresponding technical specifications and maintenance history per unit. Manage corrective maintenance with rapid response to critical failures. Supervise the operation of refrigeration equipment (cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units). Maintain industrial kitchens, ovens, and production equipment in optimal condition. Conduct technical inventory of machinery, tools, and assets. Coordinate procurement of spare parts, supplies, and services from external suppliers. Supervise electrical installations, gas systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Support maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet. Propose continuous improvements to optimize costs, time, and performance. Skills Technical judgment for decision-making—practical and solution-oriented. Ability to set priorities. Ability to manage relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
