We seek a Fleet Manager passionate about efficiency and safety to ensure our vehicles are always field-ready, minimizing risks and maximizing productivity. What will you do day-to-day? * Plan preventive/corrective fleet maintenance. * Monitor vehicle status (VTV, insurance, inspections, etc.). * Analyze incidents and propose preventive improvements. * Coordinate external repairs and budgets. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (vehicle PPE, protocols). * Prepare KPI reports (availability %, costs, incidents = 0). * Identify needs and propose strategic purchases. * Collaborate in audits with Safety and Hygiene. What are we looking for in you? * +1 year of fleet management experience. * Basic mechanical knowledge and safety regulations. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Completed secondary education; technical mechanical background preferred (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel for reporting. Competencies: Organization, cost analysis, attention to detail, fluent communication, results orientation, teamwork.
