Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Analyst to analyze, plan, design, document, and execute functional tests, ensuring the quality of products and services. Key Highlights: 1. For a 4-month project with potential renewal, we seek a Test Analyst who will be responsible for comprehensively analyzing, planning, designing, documenting, and executing functional tests for new products and services, ensuring their quality and compliance with established requirements. This person will work closely with the development team and product management to define acceptance criteria and will be responsible for ensuring applications function correctly prior to production release. **Responsibilities:** * Understand, implement, and maintain the Agile Testing strategy throughout the product development lifecycle. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to define acceptance criteria and definitions of “Done” for user stories. * Create and document test cases based on documentation analysis. * Measure and report test coverage to ensure quality. * Ensure the team properly uses the testing tools defined by the company. * Monitor automated tests and report results to the team. * Report defects (bugs) and collaborate with the development team on their resolution. * Proactively participate in daily meetings, iteration planning sessions, and retrospectives, suggesting and implementing process improvements. * Ensure certification of products and services prior to production deployment. * Support the team in developing service and technical manuals. * Complete assigned user story testing weekly and submit daily progress reports. **Requirements:** * \+4 years of experience in this role. * Basic programming knowledge. * Experience managing test data, test execution cycles, defect detection, and reporting. * Experience working under Agile methodologies such as Scrum. * Knowledge of test automation using tools including Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, Cypress, Katalon, BDD, Maven, SoapUI (desirable). * Design and execution of non-functional and automated test cases (desirable). * Proficiency in Jira and Postman (mandatory). * Proficiency in SQL (mandatory). **Desirable:** * ISTQB certification. * Experience with test management tools such as Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, among others. **Benefits:** * 100% remote work. * Academic training programs. * Additional vacation days. * Special holiday time-off days. * Excellent working environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth. * Opportunity to work on a project for one of Latin America’s most important banks. **Work Modality and Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Colombia time).** **Contract Type, Duration, and Location: Service Agreement, initial duration of 4 months, open to candidates across Latin America.** **Budget: USD 1,000 per month.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1,400,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a QA Analyst? * How many years of experience do you have with Jira? * How many years of experience do you have with Postman? * How many years of experience do you have with SQL? * What is your monthly salary expectation in USD?
