That’s why, at CNH Industrial, everything we do is done as a team — always going further and delivering our best for our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- Support the Manufacturing areas of the plant to ensure the quality of the production process and final product, guaranteeing compliance with defined standards.**Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * End-to-end management of dealer and customer complaints (DQR): analysis of reports, coordination with Manufacturing areas, definition and tracking of action plans, and coordination of dealer visits when indicator impact requires it. * Prepare and distribute informational bulletins to each brand’s dealer network, ensuring accurate communication of relevant changes to products manufactured at the plant. * Develop, analyze, and present quality indicators for various organizational levels: plant management, manufacturing, local management, and reporting to Brazil. * Plan, execute, and manage plant process audits (PCPA), including report preparation, definition of action plans, and tracking of their implementation. * Support Manufacturing Engineering in developing PFMEAs and lead the development and implementation of Control Plans associated with production processes. * Ensure validity and proper management of calibration for control equipment used on the plant’s production lines. * Manage and conduct quality training activities, training operators on critical production process operations. * Maintain, update, and develop quality indicator platforms (Power BI), ensuring data reliability and availability. * Monitor, update, and track the implementation of standard quality tools defined by CNH. **Experience Required** ----------------------- * 5 years of experience in manufacturing production processes, with quality knowledge. * Experience leading teams. * Experience in indicator management, process audits, and data analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint). * Intermediate proficiency in SAP. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (**mandatory**). * Advanced proficiency in English (**mandatory**) **What We Offer** ----------------- At CNH, we understand that the best solutions emerge from the diversity of experiences and skills of our people.
