Job Summary: A major industry located in the Malagueño Industrial Park is seeking Production Operators to participate in the production process, ensure quality, and continuously improve tasks. A major industry located in the Malagueño Industrial Park is hiring Production Operators – (Welders, sheet metal benders, cutters, polishers, CNC plasma operators, painters, and assistants.) Main responsibilities of the position: • Participate in the company's production process • Control and ensure the quality of manufactured products • Correct use of materials and tools • Interpretation of production drawings Position responsibilities include: • Guaranteeing correct delivery and quality of produced parts • Supplying internal customers with the parts required for production. • Performing stock control and monitoring the status of products under their responsibility. • Working on continuous process and task improvement. Candidate requirements: • Minimum two (2) years of experience in this or similar positions. • Knowledge of the main tasks associated with the position. • Proficiency in using hand tools (grinders, drills, etc.). • Proficiency in operating metallurgical industry machinery (MIG welder – cutting machine – bending machines – CNC plasma cutter, etc.). • Active listening, proactivity, analytical ability, and planning skills. • Collaborative attitudes that foster teamwork. • A flexible and detail-oriented profile enabling quick adaptation to changes. • Full-time availability • Personal mobility and/or access to public transportation to reach the plant (Malagueño Industrial Park) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 60 years Keywords: production, produce, fabricacion, manufactoring, elaboracion, making, manufactura, produccion
