Main Responsibilities: Supporting HR tasks for the Engineering Department. Tracking and updating Engineering KPIs (productivity, timelines, performance, etc.). Preparing reports and analyzing data. Collaborating on internal process improvement and indicator standardization. Providing administrative support and cross-departmental coordination. Requirements: Advanced student in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferably). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Knowledge of management indicators and data analysis (desirable). Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
