Promote standardization and act as an agent of change Job Search – Functional Analyst SSR (Process Focus) We are currently searching for a Functional Analyst SSR to drive process design and improvement within the framework of a World Class ERP implementation across the Group. Job Objective Act as a liaison between business units and the technical area, designing “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency in an agro-industrial and multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and design business processes for ERP implementation. Prepare functional documentation (requirements, use cases, BPMN, process modeling). Manage administrative requests and requirements between business and IT. Analyze integrations and data exchange between the ERP and external systems. Lead functional testing (UAT) and validate deliverables with end users. Promote standardization and act as an agent of change. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. +3 years of experience in functional analysis (experience in production/agro-industry preferred). Knowledge of BPMN, UML, ERP, SQL, and agile methodologies. Intermediate English proficiency. Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on profile. Work Modality and Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. Hybrid work modality.
