Position Mission – Crop Care Commercial Leader We are looking for you to become the key person for the Crop Care business (seeding and spraying), both within the dealership and towards our customers and factory. You will be a key pillar in driving the business, supporting the sales team, analyzing the market, and building trust-based relationships with our producers. Your challenge will be to sustain the execution of the sales plan, monitor the sales funnel, identify opportunities, technically lead the team, and maximize business potential across CONCI's entire ADR. You will be responsible for multiplying knowledge, developing commercial proposals, managing customer and factory relationships, collaborating on marketing initiatives, and proposing new strategies to enhance John Deere's Crop Care solutions. What do we expect from you? ✅ Be the technical-commercial reference for Crop Care within the sales team. ✅ Execute, analyze, and monitor the sales plan and its funnel. ✅ Identify opportunities and propose commercial strategies. ✅ Train and support the sales team in all matters related to seeding and spraying. ✅ Act as the liaison between the dealership and John Deere (ISG) to promote precision agriculture. ✅ Contribute to continuous business improvement, both in management and processes. ✅ Participate in customer visits, generate business reports, and coordinate actions with other departments. ✅ Ensure proper use of commercial management procedures and systems. ✅ Propose actions to increase coverage and customer loyalty in the area. 40 years accompanying Argentine agriculture We are a Córdoba-based company with more than four decades in the agricultural sector. (Desirable, not mandatory). **Specific knowledge:** Market, products, and competitors in the Crop Care business. Spraying and seeding equipment (usage, accessories, regulations). Agro-input application. Precision Agriculture. Sales planning and data analysis. CRM, Excel (intermediate/advanced). **Soft skills:** Effective communication, positive leadership, negotiation, proactivity, and organization.
