It consists of a chain of locations strategically positioned, closed to the public, and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. **Job Description** We have opportunities for you! We are looking for **Pickers**, both part-time and full-time, for our PedidosYa Market locations in **Córdoba.** **What challenges await you?** Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (completing orders on time, aligned with correct packaging procedures, without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise, complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register everything accurately and timely in the inventory system. Ensure and verify that the merchandise matches what was ordered. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and the quality of received goods (cold chain, damages, etc.). Stock and label products on racks in an organized manner. Suggest changes in product arrangement to improve picking productivity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below target. Be able to perform daily tasks with limited supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in the payment and handover process of orders to riders. **Requirements** Experience in restocking roles (handling merchandise, cash handling, or similar roles) (desirable). Availability to work rotating shifts. Teamwork skills. Responsibility and commitment.
