Prepare, process, and package food for sale. Operate and manage specialized machinery, follow recipes and food safety regulations. Ensure required quality standards are met. Inspect and count physical inventory, goods receipt/shipment. Order control, item loading into the system, and other related tasks. What do we expect from your profile? Completed studies in Food Technology. Proven experience of over 2 years in similar positions, preferably in mass-consumption or food industry sectors. Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficiency in operating machinery such as packaging machines, dryers, ovens. Preferably reside in Villa Allende or nearby areas; alternatively, possess personal transportation to reach Parque Pyme, as public transport does not serve this location.
