Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst to assist with hard and soft HR tasks, ensuring compliance with administrative processes and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. We are Vafood, and we continue to welcome new talent! We are currently looking for an HR ANALYST to join our team in Villa Allende City, Córdoba. The main objective is to support HR hard and soft tasks. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with administrative personnel management processes (hiring, terminations, workers’ compensation insurance (ART), absenteeism, personnel updates, disciplinary actions, vacations, legal matters, advance payments, bank accounts, etc.). Ensure application of HR department regulations, procedures, and policies. Maintain updated job descriptions, procedures, and the HR department employee handbook. Manage company uniforms and PPE distribution across departments. Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel; collaborate on onboarding and orientation programs. Support workplace climate and employee motivation through action plans and initiatives (events, special dates, etc.). Support and monitor the annual training plan. Manage internal communications. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Completed or near-completion of a university degree in Human Resources (university degree preferred). Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge is valued. Availability to work onsite in Villa Allende, Córdoba. Preference for candidates with personal transportation, as public transport does not serve this area. · Required Competencies: Proactive, creative professional passionate about Human Resources and challenges, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
