Independent commercial management and results orientation B2B Commercial Hunter | LED Lighting | Northern Zone Zielteck S.A. is looking for a B2B Commercial Hunter to join the sales team of an LED lighting company with presence in the industrial and corporate markets. What will be your mission? To prospect and acquire new B2B customers across various market segments, generating short- and medium-term business with autonomy, commercial judgment, and full focus on results. Responsibilities Prospect new customers across different segments, focusing on short- and medium-term results. Present and sell the complete product portfolio to potential customers. Develop action plans to capture customers from competitors and close new deals. Establish and manage multiple sales sources and channels for active prospecting. Define customer retention strategies for existing accounts, focusing on repeat purchases. Maintain an active sales pipeline and report commercial management statistics. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure fulfillment of agreements made with customers. · Required Profile Minimum 2 years of corporate B2B sales experience (MANDATORY). Experience in LED lighting or electrical materials sales (MANDATORY). Demonstrable results orientation (MANDATORY). Knowledge of the sector’s market and competitors. Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage commercial activities independently.
