Job Summary: We are seeking a Doorman/Doorgirl to control, verify, and register the entry of staff, patients, and family members, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with protocols. Ongoing training opportunities We are currently looking for a Doorman/Doorgirl to be responsible for controlling, verifying, and registering the entry of all staff, patients, and their family members into Santa Catalina facilities. What challenges and tasks will you perform? * Courteously assist and guide patients, family members, visitors, and staff, respecting visiting hours and current protocols. * Record staff entries and exits in the incident logbook. * Request written authorization issued by the Medical Directorate for authorized visitors entering the clinic outside permitted hours. Additionally, verify that visitors carry identification displaying their full name, visibly worn while moving about the building. * Facilitate patient and family member access; request and provide elevator assistance for those requiring it, coordinating with orderlies. * Perform any other duties not explicitly mentioned but clearly or implicitly included within the assigned role and category. * Comply with the Quality Policy and current access protocols. What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education with official transcript (mandatory) * Experience in similar positions (doorman, supervisor, security) * Courtesy, empathy toward others, and excellent disposition What do we offer? * Shift schedule: Rotating to cover staff days off. Work system is 4 days on / 1 day off, from 14:00 to 22:00 hrs. * Work location: Federal Capital * Employment type: Formal employment relationship * Continuous training both at the start of employment and throughout the entire process Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,00 \- $10\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
