Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous Sales Executive to consolidate Darnel's presence in the traditional trade channel, developing a customer portfolio and proposing growth strategies in Rosario and surrounding areas. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for pioneering and consolidating Darnel’s presence in the traditional trade channel (neighborhood stores, convenience stores, self-service supermarkets). We do not seek a desk-based salesperson, but someone who enjoys fieldwork and building genuine customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring achievement of coverage, sales, and new product placement targets. - Managing and developing the customer portfolio in Rosario, rapidly expanding into northern Buenos Aires Province and Entre Ríos. - Analyzing competitors and the market to propose growth strategies. - Using sales technology tools (PDA) for daily operations. - Ensuring sustainable maintenance and growth of assigned territories. What are we looking for? - Experience: Minimum 2 years in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), managing multi-channel customers (mandatory). - Mobility: Own vehicle in good condition for travel (mandatory). - Willingness to travel. - Profile: Autonomous individuals with strong market analysis capabilities—and above all, great attitude and street smarts. - Education: No specific degree required.
