Opportunity to propose improvements to operational processes. **HR/Administration and Operations Professional** **Job Summary:** Provide comprehensive support in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring process standardization, interdepartmental coordination, and regulatory compliance, thereby guaranteeing orderly, efficient, and region- and headquarters-aligned daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Fully manage HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, contract confirmation, position changes, resignations, and terminations), as well as personnel file administration and attendance control. * Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks, including supply management, fixed assets, logistics services, and internal procedure improvements. * Collect, organize, and consolidate basic financial information; support expense and reimbursement reviews, accounting entries, and data verification in Odoo, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Manage warehouse and inventory, ensuring accurate recording of receipts and shipments, alignment between physical and accounting inventory, and periodic inventory counts. * Propose process improvements and promptly report operational issues identified during management activities. **Profile Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR roles. * Basic knowledge of finance and inventory management. * Proficient use of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and management systems. * Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
